2015 is the year of phenomenal sequels and unique films. There are so many great movies coming out and today, we count down the Top 10 Most Anticipated Movies Of 2015! 

10. 'Inside Out'

What if there were little people inside of you that controlled your emotions? What if Pixar made a movie about it? What if the people behind the 'Toy Story' franchise wrote it? You would get an incredible movie that's what. Just by looking at the small teaser Pixar gave us, there is no doubt that this movie will be a success. 

9. 'The Martian' 

A left behind astronaut uses his knowledge and experience to continue his existence on Mars with the hopes that he will be rescued. This Matt Damon movie directed by Ridley Scott is definitely something to keep your eyes open for. It has a great concept and it will without a doubt be a memorable film of 2015. 

8. 'Mission Impossible V'

It is pretty impressive that they are still making 'Mission Impossible' movies. And it is even more impressive that they are surprisingly getting better. 'Ghost Protocol' was the best one of the series and with a fresh director with every movie, this series will continue to bring us fun action and Tom Cruise. 

7. 'Tomorrowland' 


This Disney movie starring George Clooney is about a teen bursting with scientific curiosity and a former boy-genius inventor on a mission to unearth the secrets of a place somewhere in time and space that exists in their collective memory. The teaser proved that it has brilliant special effects. There is a super high chance that this will be a Disney classic. 

6. 'Spectre' 


Sam Mendes returns to directing the next Bond movie after the success of 'Skyfall'. There is a lot to be excited for. The plot sounds amazing; it's about how a cryptic message makes the world of Bond split apart. There have been a lot of rumours of great action sequences being shot BUT the reason 'Spectre' is on this list is because they cast Christoph Waltz as the villain. Christoph Waltz. Need I say more? 

5. 'The Hateful Eight' 

There is an universal magical phrase that can get anyone excited for any movie. And that phrase is: "It is directed by Tarantino". This modern filmmaking genius has proven himself as the master of action. 'Django Unchained' was a great success and the same is expected from this civil war action piece. 

4. 'Jurassic World' 

Over a decade later, there is a new 'Jurassic Park' movie. The announcement of this movie made brought everyone an incredible nostalgic feeling. Chris Pratt is cast as the lead and it is about the concept idea's enlargement into an actual amusement park. This movie has a lot of potential and will definitely make box office. 

3. 'Avengers: Age of Ultron'

Marvel has made over 10 movies. And with each movie, they continue to surprise us. Your favourite avengers are back with addition of  new superheroes and an incredible villain called Ultron voiced by James Spader. The trailer has created so much hype and this movie will without a doubt break records because of the success of the first movie. 

2. 'Mad Max: Fury Road' 

The mastermind George Miller who made the original 'Mad Max' is back years later with what appears to be an awesome sequel. The trailer shows a post apocalyptic Tom Hardy and Charlize Theron fighting for oil and water. The film looks visually stunning with the live action stunts and the practical effects. I think this film will surely surprise some people. 

1. 'Star Wars: The Force Awakens' 

30 years after 'The Return of the Jedi', we are getting a 'Star Wars' movie. These are the movies that created a landmark in the history of cinema.  There is certainly new hope for the franchise as J.J. Abrams takes over the directing chair. The fan favourite characters are returning and many new ones are added. There is nothing more to say. This movie will by far be the highest grossing movie of 2015
